Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details you provide (name, email, phone), shop details (menu, pricing, address), and order data generated by your customers using your storefront.

How it's used. To run your storefront and dashboard, process payments through Razorpay, and show you analytics about your own shop. We do not sell shop or customer data to third parties.

Payments. Card and UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security standards — Platerrr does not store payment card numbers.

Your control. You can export or delete your shop's data at any time from the dashboard settings.

Terms of Service

The service. Platerrr provides a hosted storefront, order dashboard and related tools for food businesses. You're responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing and fulfilment.

Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancelling stops future billing and takes your storefront offline at the end of the paid period.

Commission. Platerrr does not take a percentage of your order value on any plan. Payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay are separate and set by Razorpay.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use the platform to list illegal goods or misrepresent your business.

Liability. Platerrr is provided as-is; we work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, but you can cancel to stop future charges.

Order-level refunds. Refunds for a customer's individual food order are issued by you, the shop owner, from your dashboard — Platerrr does not decide food refunds on your behalf.

Payment gateway refunds. Refunds are routed back through Razorpay to the customer's original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.

Disputes. For billing disputes, contact hello@platerrr.in with your shop slug and the charge date.
